L’ECHO Dr.Formula is the predecessor of Thien An An Loc Phat Company Limited, established in 2013, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City by two founders, Dr. Nguyen Thi Dao and pharmacist Nguyen Thanh Binh, is one of the companies specializing in providing laser treatment equipment, manufacturing cosmetics, functional foods and founding a chain of high-tech dermatology clinics of Master, Dr. Nguyen Thi Dao.

In early 2024, to create the premise for the investment phase and expansion of the health care and cosmetics industry. L’echo Vietnam Joint Stock Company and the second brand Neparoma were officially established, and are currently one of the few Vietnamese companies to launch health care and cosmetic lines from natural medicinal herbs that are safe, benign but highly effective in treatment.
